How to get the RAD Prism...
Who should try the RAD Prism glasses?
Anyone who reads at a slow and laborious pace due to any of the following characteristics:
Sometimes reversing letters and words
Usually not recognizing sight words (at, is, the, etc.)
Running words together
Seeing words and letters "move" on the page
Seeing words and letters as different every time they are read
Seeing background contrast as poorly defined
Seeing parts of words and letters "disappear" off the page
Experiencing anxiety and frustration when reading
Exhibiting poor understanding of what is read
These are the common symptoms of dyslexia. |

How do I get the RAD Prism glasses?
First, make sure that reading difficulties are not due to problems with vision or any other medical condition related to the eye. If the participant wears prescription glasses to see up close (farsighted), the participant will have to switch to contacts and wear the RAD Prism over the contacts. The RAD Prism provdes no correction for visual acuity.
Second, fill out a participation form and pay the participation fee using a secure credit card transaction by clicking here. Or you can download the participation form by clicking here and mail the completed form to us with credit card information or a check. We then ship a kit and instructions to you.
Since 80% of the people we work with select the #1 or #2 prism, we suggest ordering the kit that includes RAD Prism #1 and #2. However, if you want to get all three sizes of prism, you can order the kit that includes all three RAD Prisms (#1, #2 and #3).
Third, send Dyslexia Solutions Inc. a written testimonial of any reading fluency changes perceived while using the RAD Prism provided in the study.
What if I already know which RAD Prism works for me, can I just order one size of RAD Prism instead of the kit?
If you have already used the kit to determine which RAD Prism works for you, at your school for example, you can get a specify a single RAD Prism, and order using a secure credit card transaction by clicking here or you can download the participation form by clicking here.
Can a school order the RAD Prism glasses using a Purchase Order or check?
If a school would like to receive a kit with various sizes of RAD Prism glasses, download the participation form by clicking here and mail the completed form to us along with a purchase order or school check. We will then mail you the RAD Prism glasses and follow up with you to see how the RAD Prism worked for your students.
What if the RAD Prism doesn't work for me?
Simply return the RAD Prism glasses in good condition within 30 days of shipment, and the participation fee will be refunded less shipping and handling costs. |
